INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

With this information Export Puglia (hereinafter referred to as "Export Puglia " or "Owner"), intends to inform visitors of the website "www.exportpuglia.it" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") of the policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, stressing its commitment and attention with regard to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. The navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration. This information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be accessed by the user through link links. EXPORT PUGLIA cannot be held responsible for the personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site. 2. Categories of personal data processed
Connection and navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code
indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the computer environment of the user are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of communications to the addresses of EXPORT PUGLIA present on the Site, involves the acquisition of the contact data of the sender, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

3. Methods of data processing
The processing of personal data concerning you will be carried out with the help of electronic means in the manner and with the means suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. In particular, all technical and organisational security measures will be taken to ensure an adequate level of data protection, as required by law, allowing access only to authorised persons for processing by the Data Controller or the Data Processors designated by the Data Controller. The information acquired and the methods of processing will be relevant and not exceeding the type of services rendered.
4. Purpose and legal basis of processing
The processing carried out through the Site, are carried out for the following purposes and according to the conditions of lawfulness (or legal bases) indicated below:
a) to enable you to browse our Site, the acquisition of such data is automatic.
b) to respond to your request, the provision of data is optional, however in the event of failure, partial or incorrect provision of data we may not process, in whole or in part, your requests.
For such data processing, the legal basis of the processing is the execution of a contract and the execution of pre-contractual measures (art. 6 lett. b) GDPR);
c) to protect our legal rights. The legal basis for this processing is the need to pursue our legitimate interests (art. 6 lett. f) GDPR) (protection of our legal rights).
5. Recipients of data
The personal data of users processed through the site may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:
(a) external providers and professionals to whom EXPORT PUGLIA may contact for the maintenance, assistance and technological updating of the Site;
(b) all those subjects (including public authorities) who have access to personal data pursuant to regulatory or administrative measures;
Finally, the data could be used by the police and the judicial authorities to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
6. Period and place of storage of personal data
EXPORT PUGLIA stores personal data for the purposes referred to in point 5. b) for the time necessary to respond to requests and in any case no later than thirty-six months after the end of the conversation with the user, unless the requests result in any dispute, in this case the data will be kept according to the purpose referred to in point c) until the exhaustion of the same. The data collected for the purpose referred to in point c) will be kept for the time necessary to defend the rights of the Data Controller or for the time required by the Judicial Authority in case of detection of any crimes.
The personal data of users are stored through servers located within the European Economic Area for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above in compliance with the obligations Statutory and tax obligations of retention and limits provided by law. The Data Controller, however, reserves the right to use services located in non-EU countries, in which case the service providers are selected from those who provide adequate guarantees pursuant to art. 45 and following of the GDPR. User data collected through cookies are processed and stored according to the terms provided in the Cookie policy.
7. Rights of data subjects
As a data subject pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Rules you have the right to exercise the following rights:
Right of access: You may request confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access such data and specific information on processing, such as, without limitation, the purposes, categories of data subject to processing, the existence of the other rights indicated below. You may also request a copy of your data.
Right of rectification: You have the right to request and obtain rectification of personal data concerning you and/or the integration of incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure: You may obtain the erasure of your data, without undue delay, if (i) such data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, (ii) You have revoked your consent that constituted a basis for the processing (unless there is no other legal basis for such processing), (iii) opposes the processing of your data (as indicated below) and there is no other overriding legitimate reason for processing or if you oppose the processing of your data for marketing purposes, (iv) your data are processed unlawfully, (v) your data must be deleted pursuant to a legal obligation We invite you to consider that this right does not apply if the processing of data is necessary, inter alia: for the fulfillment of a legal obligation and for the establishment, exercise or defence in legal proceedings of a right.
Right of limitation: You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing in the case of:
- contesting the accuracy of the personal data concerning you within the period necessary for the data controller (Company) to verify the accuracy of these data;
- unlawful processing and restriction of use requested by you instead of its cancellation;
- your need for data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- Your opposition to the processing, as indicated below, pending the verification of the prevalence of legitimate grounds by the data controller.
Right to portability: You have the right to receive in structured format, of common use and machine readable personal data concerning you and to transmit them to another data controller in relation to cases where the processing of your data is based on consent or concerns particular categories of personal data processed on the basis of your consent or the processing is based on the execution of a contract and such processing is carried out by automated means. It also has the right to obtain the direct transmission of data from one controller to another, where technically feasible. It remains subject to the possibility of obtaining the deletion of data, as indicated above.
Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to processing based on a legitimate interest of the owner, subject to the demonstration by the latter of compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court.
The above rights may be exercised with a request addressed without formality to the Data Controller by letter or e-mail to the addresses indicated above in Section 1.
Right of complaint: In addition, you are entitled pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
