Our project aims at creating and spreading more "innovative" formats with the goal of promoting the most representative enogastronomic products of the Puglia region in Italy and abroad, through physical and digital pathways, involving both local production companies and merchants in enogastronomic activities and accommodations.

The Export Puglia project stems from Almi Food's consolidated experience in the food sector: a company that has been operating in Puglia for 30 years in the wholesale distribution of raw materials, ingredients, semi-finished products, and finished products for bakeries, patisseries, and ice cream shops, and since 2019 has invested in the development of a web platform for the Ho.re.Ca. sector sales of the Pizzottiamo brand, which supplies over a thousand customers in Italy and the World.
Over the years, Almi Food has become a reference point in the food sector throughout Italy, thanks to its constant search for companies with a common goal: to offer the utmost in terms of quality. Its long experience in the sector, its logistical organization, and its consolidated relationships with the Puglia business world make Almi Food a reliable partner.
For the development of Export Puglia, Almi Food has decided to avail itself of two partners of absolute level who for years have been operating in various capacities to support the growth of Puglia's SMEs.
